How TENEO works

"Help me understand what to train today, record what I actually achieve, and decide what should change next as I develop the physique and abilities I want."

  1. Plan

Your cycle is written in advance: twelve weeks in three mesocycles of four, each week a Greek week. Every set has its target load, reps and effort.

  2. Train

Each workout shows what you did last time, what the plan asks and what you do today. Mark the set with your best mind-muscle connection with the mati. Swap or add an exercise anytime: it's allowed, never silent, and Omega sees it.

  3. Record

What you actually do is saved as it happened and never overwritten. Prescribed targets stay separate from completed results, and anything you skip stays "not reported", never invented.

  4. Review

Every week Omega reads what you did in the gym and how you recovered, and every four weeks your measurements. Recovery in your own range: you progress. Poor recovery: the volume comes down a little. Omega proposes and explains; nothing changes until you approve.

The Greek week

Every day is a Greek letter with a shape and a story. Alpha's A is an upside-down V, the V-taper. Beta comes second, because legs always do. Zeta is Zorro's Z across the chest, and Tau a T of broad shoulders.

The chisel · sculpting your silhouette

Alpha: back and the V-taper
Beta: glutes and legs
Zeta: chest
Tau: shoulders and arms

Skills

Gamma: daily skills and core, the gymnasium

Performance · like the athletes of Olympia

Kappa: cardio, Zone 2 and VO₂ max sessions

The review

Omega: the week is read, the plan adjusted, and back to Alpha

Your column rises week by week, through three mesocycles of four weeks, and is crowned when the twelve-week cycle is done. Each day you finish is set into it in the colour of the archetype you trained, so the column becomes a record of how you trained.
